Service Description

Jewellery Making 10 week course - Friday April 29th 1-3 pm  This course is designed for people who have previously attended the 6, 8 or 10 week beginners course or students with some prior knowledge and experience of basic jewellery making techniques. The scheme of work for this course is a lot more fluid than that of the beginners course meaning students will have time to work on their own designs and continue practicing techniques. I will also include some other techniques not previously covered such as tube setting stones in a ring making project and enamelled copper jewellery. This course includes a tube setting project with silver and a choice of Swarovski crystals supplied. Students will be responsible for supplying their own silver for any other projects they wish to undertake. Student will also have access to copper and enamels for the enamelling project. Any students who have previously attended the returners course will responsible for supplying their own silver for projects will continue to have access to tools/materials such as the kiln/enamels and a wide range of jewellery making tools and equipment. This course runs for 10 weeks with a week off during May half term therefor there is no class on June 3rd, so the final class will be July 8th. (Total of 10 sessions)
