Workshop operation during covid-19

Most workshops are currently limited to a maximum of 8-10 people (I have a large workshop that can take 14 people). During your session you will be assigned a workspace and you will work within that space for most of the session.  You will be provided with a set of tools to work with within your work area. There may be the occasional time when some of the larger tools will need to be shared and during demonstrations you may need to gather around other participants in order to view the technique being demonstrated.

PPE- There is hand gel to use on entering the workshop and to use throughout the day.  I do have a supply of masks that can be worn but I ask that if you do want to wear a mask that if at all possible to bring your own.

Toilet facilities- The workshop has it's own toilet situated inside the unit. This will be cleaned regularly with anti viral spray paying particular attention to areas touched repeatedly by students.

Covid- 19 Symptoms - If anyone booked onto a session develops symptoms prior to attending then it is vital you do not attend the workshop. If this happens please let me know and I will move you to an alternative session. Attending with symptoms runs the risk of passing on the virus and will force me to close the workshop for 14 days. You will not loose your booking so let me know and we can discuss an alternative date.

Refreshments- For longer session you will need to bring some lunch with you. The onsite café is usually open but there are no local shops so please plan for one of these options. I have tea and coffee that you are welcome to use, please feel free to bring your own mug if you wish (I do have mugs but it don't like to share please bring a small mug with you). I always have lactose free milk, I try to remember to get regular milk too though. If you only drink soya then it may be best to bring a little with you if you can.

Booking during Covid - 19 - During this time my usual booking conditions apply. All courses are booked and paid for in advance. You are entitled to a 14 day cooling off period in which you may cancel and receive a refund if you change your mind. Beyond that 14 days you will no longer be automatically entitled to a refund.  If you book and are unable to attend for any reason (covid-19 related or otherwise) please let me know and I will try to move you to an alternative date. If for any reason I have to cancel a class then the session will be rescheduled to the first available date (I will be as flexible as possible when offering alternative dates). Please only book if you except these terms and conditions.

*In the event of any further lockdowns that prevent a workshop from taking place the session will be rescheduled to a later date*
