Workshop operation during covid-19

** please note - the current 'Rule of 6' does not apply to education. However most of my workshops are currently limited to 6 people (meaning of total of 7 including myself) so groups are kept small anyway**

All workshops are currently limited to a maximum of 6 people (I have a large workshop that can take 14 people). This is to maintain social distancing and limit the numbers in the workshop. During your session you will be assigned a workspace that is separated by clear screening and you will work within the space as much as possible to limit movement around the workshop.  You will be provided with a set of tools to work with within your work area and I ask that you use these only. There may be the occasional time when some of the larger tools will need to be shared. All tools are cleaned/sanitised before and after use.

PPE- There is hand gel to use on entering the workshop and to use throughout the day. You can also wash your hands at regular intervals with soap and dry them with paper towels.  I do have a supply of masks that can be worn but I ask that if you do want to wear a mask that if at all possible to bring your own. I also have a supply of gloves should you want to wear them. There is a supply of antibacterial wipes to wipe down shared tools and anti-viral spray.

Toilet facilities- The workshop has it's own toilet situated inside the unit. This will be cleaned regularly with anti viral spray paying particular attention to areas touched repeatedly by students.

Covid- 19 Symptoms - If anyone booked onto a session develops symptoms prior to attending then it is vital you do not attend the workshop. If this happens please let me know and I will move you to an alternative session. Attending with symptoms runs the risk of passing on the virus and will force me to close the workshop for 14 days. You will not loose your booking so let me know and we can discuss an alternative date.

Refreshments- For longer session you will need to bring some lunch with you. (The onsite cafe is currently closed and there are no local shops). I have tea and coffee that you are welcome to use, please feel free to bring your own mug if you wish.

Booking during Covid - 19 - During this time my usual booking conditions apply. All courses are booked and paid for in advance. You are entitled to a 14 day cooling off period in which you may cancel and receive a refund if you change your mind. Beyond that 14 days you will no longer be automatically entitled to a refund.  If you book and are unable to attend for any reason (covid-19 related or otherwise) please let me know and I will move you to an alternative date. If for any reason I have to cancel a session then the session will be rescheduled to the first available date (I will be as flexible as possible when offering alternative dates). Please only book if you except these terms and conditions.
