How to find us
The workshop is located at Gate Fram rural enterprise park. It is a lovely peaceful setting in the heart of the Cheshire countryside and is situated not far from the A51, close to Snugbury's ice-cream and Reeseheath College. The postcode for a sat nav is CW5 6AL. Please be aware that some sat nav's will direct you to Poole farm. If in doubt put the full address of the workshop into the sat nav as that usually works. There is ample parking in the main carpark but also additional spaces situated just outside the workshop. To park outside the workshop turn into the driveway for the main house rather than the main carpark and continue past the house on the left. The workshop can be found on the right. If you have difficulty walking then please use this carpark.
** please note the carpark outside the workshop is currently closed so please use the main carpark**

Booking, refund policy and cancellations
All courses must be booked and paid for in full in advance. I am unable to reserve or hold places on courses. This also applies to specially arranged group bookings. Once a date has been discussed and agreed, full payment is required via the website booking facility to secure that date. This should be done within 7 days of requesting a date and the booking been made available on the courses booking page.
Booking for the majority of courses closes 3-4 days before the event. If insufficient numbers are booked onto a class at this point the course will be cancelled or rescheduled.
Most courses need a minimum of 2 people for the course to run. If a course has to be cancelled due to lack of interest then a full refund will be given or the offer of transferring to another suitable course.
Once a course has been booked you are entitled to 14 days to change your mind and receive a refund. If you cancel beyond the 14 day cooling off period then unfortunately you are not entitled to a refund however in this instance  please contact me to discuss your options. Please only book if you except these terms and conditions
If you begin a longer course of jewellery making and are unable to attend some sessions I will try to offer you the option of attending an alternative session. This will be a time and date mutually agreed. If at any time sessions can't be accommodated then unfortunately  that time will be lost. I will however try my best to fit you in. If a jewellery course is started and you decided you no longer want to attend I will again try to transfer you to another course however unfortunately refunds or part refunds will not be given. Please only book if you expect these terms and conditions.
I will always try my best to accommodate students if courses can not be attended so if in doubt please do contact me.
