Resin Christmas Decorations (and jewellery too). This is a one off special workshop that runs every Christmas and is always really popular! During this workshop you will learn how to work with a 2 part epoxy resin to create some jewellery and Christmas decorations. There will be a range of moulds and silver plated bezels in both regular designs and Christmas themed. You can make a combination of things and there is no limit on the amount you make. You can create various pieces testing out different colour combinations, adding inclusions such as flowers/petals, feathers, glitter/mica powers, confetti etc. Included is plenty of resin for your creations, pigments and items to set into resin available but please feel free to bring anything along with you. Moulds for creating different shapes with or without a Christmas theme are available along with a variety of silver plated jewellery bezels and some lovely little gold colour Christmas tree bezels. Items will need to be left to cure so they can either be collected if you live locally or if not I will post your items out to you. For this reason students are responsible for providing their own findings for any resin pieces they wish to turn into wearable jewellery. Please note- Any pieces that fail to cure due to incorrect mixing will unfortunately be lost. Items will be posted out to you within approximately 7 - 10 days, please allow for the Christmas post.
