Service Description

During this workshop you will make a twisted ring from a choice of styles and there a few variations to choose from. This class is a little more technically advanced/harder skill level than other simple stacker rings so please keep this in mind when booking. Previous silver soldering experience would be an advantage. There are a few different design options and you will choose from the following- * A ring made from a single length of rectangular wire to make an elegant twisted ring. * or an infinity style ring using 2 lengths of wire twisted together to created a ring with a series of links/chain like design. * or 2 lengths of silver wire twist together, one will be plain round wire and one of these can be beaded wire if you wish (you can use 2 plain wires if you wish). Will we practice with some round copper first to perfect the size and practice soldering before moving onto your chosen sterling silver design. By the end of the session you will take home 1 sterling silver twisted ring plus the copper practice if you complete it. There will be a short 30 minute break for lunch during this session so I would recommend bringing food with you.
